I managed Timwoolleyracing.com, and now Alexbrownracing.com and related sites. From the UK, I came to the US in 1987. During my 20 year stint in the US I have worked at Fair Hill, University of Delaware, University of Pennsylvania and Clear Admit Consulting. I have also participated in a few failed dot.com efforts, and one that is succeeding (I was a co founder who returned his stock when things were looking bad).

Horse experience
I have galloped horses all my (working) life. Since 1987 that has been at Fair Hill training center. I trained one or two over the years, but prefer to work for a trainer and only worry about riding. I was freelancing for Tim Woolley and Linda Fox and am now working for Steve Asmussen at Woodbine.

FOB activities
I have supported a couple of rescue efforts but my main task has been to develop / manage alexbrownracing.com My hope is if I focus on that well I can help grow this community. I also helped organize Americans Against Horse Slaughter and have started writing about the topic of Horse slaughter: Unwanted Horses? Yes and No and Sensible debate over unwanted horses would help anti-slaughter lobby
